2025 Chamber Luncheon- First Responders Appreciation

The First Responders of Bastrop County are definitely a unique group, having battled many natural disasters, intense wildfires, and major floods.  Along with our Founding Sponsor, Bluebonnet Electric, we are humbled to honor everyone who embodies the resiliency of Bastrop County.

***** - $500 Sponsorship - provides $25 gift cards for 20 First Responders and YOU get a FREE luncheon registration.  Select "FIRST RESPONDER LUNCHEON - PARTNER SPONSOR" during registration.

*** - $50 Sponsorship - provides lunch and a $25 gift card for ONE First Responder.  Select your luncheon ticket type and then add "FIRST RESPONDER SPONSORSHIP" in the 'Additional Items' section of your registration.

Luncheon Guidelines for Members and Future Members
  • Luncheons are held the 1st Wednesday of every month, except July.
  • Hours are 11:15 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Members can register online through their Member Information Center (MIC) account page under Events, Community/Chamber Calendar by accessing our website (www.bastropchamber.com), or by contacting the Chamber staff at (512) 303-0558 or info@bastropchamber.com. 
  • Members also can be added to the master registration list at the office to be included in all luncheons.  All Master Luncheon Registration List additions must be accompanied by a valid credit card to be kept on file with the Chamber.
  • Online registrations close on the Monday before the luncheon at 3 PM.  Registrations by phone or email after this time will be accepted only if room is still available.  No registrations or walk-ins will be accepted on the day of the luncheon.
  • Our monthly Luncheons are an optional event and a fee is required to attend.
  • Cost:
    • Members - $25 per person when pre-registered, $35 late registration
    • Future Members - $35 per person when pre-registered, $45 late registration (payment must be made at the time of registration).
    • Online payments can be made by credit card (MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX). Only cash or check is accepted at the luncheon.  Upon request, we can invoice members in good standing.
    • There are no refunds or credits after 3:00pm on the Monday prior to Luncheon due to catering and convention headcounts confirmations being submitted.  Changes made to existing reservations after the deadline will be charged at the late registration rate.
 

 
Important Notice:
  • SPONSORS:  to ensure inclusion in all event signage and promotional materials, all invoices must be paid in full no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date. Unpaid invoices after this deadline will result in exclusion from signage. 
  • DEADLINE TO BE INCLUDED IN MARKETING MATERIALS IS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 2025.
  • NO REFUNDS AFTER 3:00PM ON THE MONDAY PRIOR TO THE LUNCHEON.  READ OUR REFUND POLICY.
  • CHANGES MADE TO EXISTING REGISTRATIONS (including name changes) AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE CHARGED A LATE REGISTRATION FEE OF $10.

Programming Guidelines
Programming is informational in nature and of general interest to Chamber Members and community members who attend.  
  • Luncheon Programming and Title Sponsors are determined in the fall of each year for the following calendar year. 
  • The Monthly Luncheon cannot be a fundraising opportunity for organizations.
  • Requests to make an announcement during the Program will be considered at the discretion of the President. Any request must be submitted in writing and discussed with the President at least one week prior to the Luncheon.
  • The Monthly Luncheon is a networking opportunity, so members may still hand out items personally to individuals at the luncheons for networking purposes or at the designated general information table.
  • The ability to place literature/promotional items on the luncheon tables is reserved exclusively for the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce, the luncheon Title Sponsor, and the luncheon speaker. No other handouts, information, gift items, or literature can be placed on the luncheon tables.  If any is found, the member will be asked to remove them. 
Exceptions to any of these guidelines require approval from the Board of Directors.
