Brian Francis, Lumin Strategies

Brian Francis is founder and owner of Lumin Strategies, a strategic communications firm that helps Chambers of Commerce build A+ Advocacy programs through one-on-one consulting and the firm?s signature Advocacy Framework on-line experience. Prior to launching Lumin in 2016, Brian had a 20+ year career that included political campaign management, lobbying, and leading public policy programs at the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. He and his wife Brooke reside just outside of Charlotte and are recent empty nesters as parents to a 2024 college graduate and a rising college sophomore.
