Stitched Exhibit

The Bastrop Museum will be featuring its historic quilt collection ranging from the 1850s to the modern day. These quilts are usually hidden away in our collections, but from February 7 to March 29, they will be on display at the Bastrop County Museum & Visitor Center. Experience Bastrop’s history through the artistry and community surrounding these extraordinary quilts. The museum will also be hosting a community quilt where the public can design a paper quilt square to be included with others in one giant paper quilt!
