9:00am - Golf Team Check-in begins
9:00am - 10:15am - Team photos with Chamber Staff Photographer
9:30am - 10:15am - Breakfast sponsored by Whataburger
10:30am - Shot Gun start with Sponsor activities at a variety of holes
    #3 Closest to the Pin (men & women)
    #7 Tiger Woods Drive
    #11 Longest Drive (men & women)
    #14 Dice Roll
    #15 Hole-in-One Contest sponsored by Covert Chevrolet-Buick-GMC with 2024 Silverado Crew Cab Truck

11:00am - 1:30pm - Lunch provided at the turn between hole #9 & #10 by Feed the Need
3:30pm - 4:00pm - Beer & Wine Reception provided by Brown Distributing
4:00pm - Dinner served 
4:15 - 4:30pm - Golf Tournament Winner Announced & 50/50 Golf Ball Pull
