Texas Independence Day | Ladies First!
In honor of Women’s History Month and Texas Independence Day, learn about the extraordinary Texan ladies who left a legacy on Bastrop County with special emphasis on women who influenced education, historical preservation, and Black culture. This event includes a pop-up special exhibit curated by local historian, Michal Hubbard, as well as a presentation by her.
