Mammogram Screening Eligibility
A woman MAY get a mammogram on the bus if she:

• Is age 40 or older
• Has not had a mammogram in last 12 months
• Has breast implants (will need two appt times)
• Gives the name and address of at least one physician
• Is uninsured or has coverage from MAP, MAP Basic, or select commercial insurance

A woman MAY NOT get a mammogram on the bus if she:

• Is currently being treated for breast cancer
• Is pregnant, thinks she may be pregnant, or is breastfeeding
• Needs help to get on and off the bus or stand for the mammogram Is experiencing a breast issue (i.e., feels a lump, skin changes, nipple discharge)
