Tasting Room & Taproom Associate

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Tasting Room & Taproom Associate to join our team at our brewery/winery. This position plays a key role in creating a welcoming and memorable experience for guests—whether they're enjoying a tasting flight, a meal, or shopping for bottles to take home.

The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. You’ll be responsible for both front-of-house service and supporting restaurant operations as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service

• Pour tastings and serve drinks responsibly in accordance with TABC regulations

• Educate guests on beer/wine selections and menu offerings

• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and bus tables as needed

• Handle sales transactions using a POS system

• Restock, clean, and maintain the tasting room and dining areas

• Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations

• Assist with special events, private tastings, and on-site promotions

  Requirements:

• TABC Certification (required)

• Valid Food Handler License (required)

• Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or tasting room setting preferred

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
