Position Overview:

We’re currently hiring a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist for our brand new clinic in Bastrop, Texas, with the opportunity to step into a Clinical Director role. This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic, motivated therapist who is ready to lead a clinic, influence culture, and help shape the future of Spero Bastrop.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team, including one other experienced full-time PT, in a supportive environment where you’ll receive leadership training, clinical mentorship, and the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional, evidence-based physical therapy to a primarily orthopedic and sports medicine population

• Serve as a clinical mentor and collaborator to team members

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and work closely with the company’s leadership team

• Foster a fun, positive, and performance-driven clinic culture

• Engage with the Bastrop community and build relationships with local providers, gyms, and referral sources

• Have the opportunity to pursue your passions in advanced training, mentorship, marketing, program development, and leadership

Who We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas (or eligible)

• Passion for orthopedics and sports medicine – OCS or fellowship training a plus (but not required)

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Interest in clinic growth and team development

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus – but this is also a great growth opportunity for a therapist ready to take that next step
