ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Operate and run the machine to meet at least 80% of the production standard, ensuring 98% quality parts.
- Keep your work area neat, clean, and organized, and report production results.
- Maintain the machine and inspection equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Share knowledge and instructions with team members to enhance overall productivity.
- Move materials and assist with shipping/receiving tasks as needed.
- Perform regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Clean common areas and properly handle waste, including metal chips and other debris.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience operating machinery in a production environment is preferred.
- Ability to ensure the production of quality parts with minimal defects.
- Willingness to help team members and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of equipment and materials.
- Effective communication with team members and supervisors.
