Dominica McGinnis coaches professionals and leaders who want to lead well and drive performance, culture, business development, and personal and professional success. Dominica has worked with numerous industries and some of the most influential clients from organizations of every size such as USAA, the City of Columbus Ohio's Mayor Cabinet, Pfizer, University of Texas Center for Women in Law, Baker McKenzie, and KPMG.

Honing her leadership, management, and organizational skills as an Officer in the United States Army, Dominica completed her active-duty service as a Military Police Captain. Her career culminated in an appointment to serve as the interim Provost Marshal, “Chief of Police”, for Fort Myer and Fort McNair Military Installations (commonly known as Arlington Cemetery). Dominica has coached and been a trusted advisor and confidant to executives, owners, and professionals in organizations of every size and at every stage of their career.
